I love old sayings.

Japan has many of those.

There is the one I particularly like, which translates something like

At the corner of smiling lips comes happiness.

I added lips, because you can imagine easily.

I sometimes feel like we are engineered robots.

and certain parts of the body do certain things.

As for lips.  If corner of the lips go upwards, we immediately feel the difference in emotion.

This is true.  Try it!

So when you are feeling blue and you are feeling like, there is nothing to be happy about,

try fake smile… and keep it for that way for 10 seconds

Do you feel the movement in your heart, energy, aura?

It somehow lifts you up.

So keep smiling much as possible.

It does not only bring happiness to you, but to others around you as well!

It’s simple and powerful.
